Rod Perry wheeled this cut down '34 Ford sedan #71, the original Black Bandit, for the Moss & Norton team out of Hollywood in the late 50s. Power was big block Ford and those are NASCAR feature winner deals over the windshield. Perry's team mate was Ernie Reeves in a nearly identical #17.
