Bobby Allen got his start in go karts in the late 50s and later moved up to super modifieds and finally sprint cars. Migrating from Miami to New Oxford, Pa in the 60s, Bobby is shown here at Dorsey Speedway in Maryland in May 1966 in his own Bob Hamke built racer. This was the sister car to the #119 driven by Rod Perry. Bobby later brought the car back to Miami and sold it to Vance Murray who ran it as an orange #4.
